When will my items be shipped?

All orders have to be processed and fullled before shipment. Ourteam will take up to 1-3 business days to process your orders. After the item is shipped out, the transit will takes about 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Where and how can I track my item/order?

After the item is shipped, you will then receive email notication with your order tracking number and you may track your order here

Am I to receive all my items in one package?

Yes, but for some logistical reasons, our items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Do not worry and please be reminded on this when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us here.

Do you charge different shipping rates for different items?

No, we offer free shipping on all orders!

Do you ship internationally?

No, our main targeted markets and country is the United States. Anyhow, we look forward to expanding our team so that we can deliver our service globally very soon!

         Returns & Refunds

How do I know if I am eligible for a return?

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return and full amount refund.

Our return policy is effective for 45 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to contact@linwey.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.

I inserted the wrong address, what should I do?

Linwey cannot be held liable for items shipped to incorrect addresses which were provided by the buyers. In such cases, the buyer will have to take full responsibility for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

I changed my mind, what should I do? Can I cancel my oder?

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped out. Please kindly note that the orders cannot be cancelled if they have been processed.

What payment methods are accepted?
